Gerry

That's my name, don't wear it out!
I've been a newspaper photographer since 2003. Not a long time, but I've had a lot of cool experiences along the way.
After stints at The Paris (Texas) News and Columbia (Missouri) Daily Tribune, I find myself back in my home state, working at The Dallas Morning News. It's great here -- they give me a camera and encourage me to take all the strange, silly pictures I want. And sometimes they publish them.
I'm a total goofball but hopefully not to a fault. I love meeting new people, so this job suits me pretty well.
I also love mustard, cats, dark comedy, good fiction, strong coffee, and mustard (did I mention that already?). I also love my wife, Michelle, and our soon-to-come son, Morris.
Thanks for dropping by!
